Reginette pasta is brilliant with mushroom sauces, capturing all of the sauce in its ‘little queen’ folds. Our pasta is made with ancient and heritage varieties of UK wheat, grown organically on our partner's farms and stone milled on our premises. Only adding filtered Devon water and using bronze dies and slowly dried, the true flavour of the flours are present in this pretty curly shape.
