• Organic Fresh Veg

    We receive our organic fresh veg on Wednesdays, at present we cannot confirm a time the veg will arrive, so we advise all fresh veg seekers to come late Wednesday or Thursday through to Saturday for your fill.

  • Sourdough Bread

    We receive our freshly baked sourdough bread throughout the week from Wednesday to Saturdays. Sourced literally just down the road from The Mill Bakehouse we have a varying range of baguettes, farmhouse, wholemeal and spelt available.

  • Locally Sourced Cakes + Pastries

    From Wednesday through to Saturday we have a range of cakes and pastries all sourced from local bakers, including:

    Cakes That Mel Makes - a local vegan baker

    Leyla's Dolci - a local, Italian patisserie chef

    The Mill Bakehouse Pastries - a Bollington based baker who provides croissants, pain au chocolat, cinnamon knots and more!

2020 to 2021

ROOTSTOCK was born with humble beginnings! From a garage, to a shed - we began to trade in the pandemic, next to our neighbours, Bollington Brewery.

We lived here for over a year trading out of the shed, through rain or shine!

2022

In 2022, we joined Mother Nature Sanctuary in their beautiful space (now Bollington Yoga) for a year and opened a sustainable store within the ground floor of their blissful yoga studio.

2023

ROOTSTOCK closed for 6 months from End of February to end of July whilst we renovated The Old Florist at 68 Palmerston St. We've now opened our very own high-street store, coffee and event space!
