Loving Foods' kombucha is naturally cultured using green tea, organic cane sugar and a SCOBY - that's a symbiotic culture of bacteria & yeast. They take the SCOBY out before it gets to you, but the good bacteria, vitamins and enzymes stay put. You can use the kombucha as a marinade, add it to soaking grains or just drink it.
