This 90% Cacao bar is ideal for real chocolate lovers. Ombar uses Nacional Arriba Cacao sourced from Ecuador, combined with just 10% coconut sugar for a subtle sweetness, whilst still maintaining the richness of the bar and resulting in a smooth, melt away experience.

Like all their chocolate, this 100% bar is certified organic, vegan and fair-trade. Produced in small batches to tease out the multi-layered flavours which linger on your tongue without any strong bitterness.

OMBAR keep their cacao unroasted to preserve the heat-sensitive polyphenols (healthy plant compounds), ensuring the chocolate stays nutrient-rich and full of flavour, as nature intended.
