Old Hamlet' Spice Bundles are perfect for mulling cider, or for a Spiced Apple Juice.
Pour one 1 litre bottle of cider into a saucepan, and add 2 tablespoons of sugar and 1 Spiced Cider spice bundle. Heat gently, stirring occasionally. When nearly boiling, remove from the heat and allow to stand for 10 minutes. Reheat. Do not let boil, but serve hot. Why not add some slices of apple or lemon?
