Mull Your Own Spiced Cider
Created from family recipes in the mid-1970s, Old Hamlet hand blends its authentic mulling cider mixes using Fairtrade ingredients at its factory in North Yorkshire.
Old Hamlet's cider spices are simple to use and make delicious mulled cider for those cold winter months, or use them to flavour a non-alcoholic punch at seasonal parties.

INGREDIENTS
Sugar, Cinnamon, Cloves, Allspice.
How to make Spiced Cider: Pour 1 litre of cider into a saucepan, then add the contents of one Spiced Cider sachet; or 1 – 2 teaspoons per glass. Heat gently, stirring occasionally. Do not let boil, but serve hot. For special occasions, add 1 tablespoon of schnapps, together with slices of apple or lemon.
Store in a cool, dark place.
