Just red cabbage & Celtic sea salt - that's it! You also need time. We've also added some rich, earthy flavours for a different experience. The result is full of beneficial live bacteria, extremely tasty and offers vitamins C and K, potassium, calcium and phosphorous. And it's great in salad, with a sausage, even in a smoothie! Try not to cook it - just add it.
