Gluten-free tagliatelle pasta made from sorghum flour and millet flour. It is highly enjoyable and retains its consistency even after cooking.

Sorghum is a cereal of African origin, belonging to the grass family, with high nutritional value and protein content.  It is rich in dietary fibre, protein and iron, as well as antioxidants, such as Vitamin E. It's starch and protein content are processed more slowly by the body (absorbed more slowly), so it is less taxing on the body.

Cook in boiling water, on low heat for 3-4 minutes. If ready, filter and rinse with plenty of water. Serve according to your taste.
